Consults: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and one Saturday per month

Dr Jacinta Frawley joins the team at Carnegie Medical Centre in February 2023, as a GP registrar.

Jacinta studied medicine at Monash University and graduated in 2017. She has since worked at Eastern Health including Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, Peter James Centre Rehabilitation Medicine, Box Hill Hospital, and Maroondah Hospital with rotations in Emergency, Orthopaedic Surgery and General Medicine. She has also completed a 6-month GP placement at Peninsula Family Practice in 2022.

Jacinta is interested in providing healthcare to patients of all ages and from all walks of life. She has special interests in Sports and Exercise Medicine and holds a position as team doctor for Carlton Football Club AFLW and VFLW teams.

Jacinta is currently our General Practice Registrar and is looking forward to the variety and opportunities for continuing care that general practice offers.

Outside of medicine, Jacinta’s interests include team sports, fitness and travelling
